Addressing the clients' desire for light-filled spaces, particularly with the north-facing backyard, a large central skylight was a strategic architectural choice, ensuring ample natural light throughout the home. The kitchen design includes windows flanking a stone-clad hood fan, harmonising natural light with a balanced aesthetic.

The home also incorporates a multi-functional space on the main floor, serving both as a guest bedroom for a grandparent with limited mobility and as a study. This area is outfitted with symmetrical, contemporary built-in millwork, featuring office essentials and a concealed Murphy bed.
